I feel fortunate to have met travel Inn. Their loyalty, support and friendship over the last nine years been truly inspirational. Working together has been a pleasure as we share a common goal of ensuring that our clients recieve the best possible services and leave india with memories of a holiday that has exceeded all expectations. It doest not matter how demanding or difficult my requests may be they always rise to the challenge. However what i appreciate most is that i can genuinely relex once our clients arrive in india as i know that they could not be in safer hands.

Thanks for organising our trip to India. We had a great time. Our word of thanks goes to Travel Inn (India) Pvt. Ltd. who were responsible for our itinerary in India. Everything worked like clockwork. Someone was there to meet us at every connection. The accommodation was always ready for us and of the highest standard, as were the Guides who provided us with so much information at each stop (and with such enthusiasm and pride for their country’s history). The M.D even phoned us at Bandhavgarh for a progress report.

I am writing to give you some feedback on our tour. Overall, we were all very happy and I want to thank you all for your hard work in putting together our tour. We had great photo opportunities with the tigers in Bandhavgarh and, much to my relief, we were allowed more than five minutes at most sightings (thank you very much for your help with that Ravi!). I can not say enough about Nature Heritage Resort and how absolutely wonderful Mr. Raj and his staff were to us. They had GREAT drivers, impeccable service, and were always friendly and happy to help. We loved our stay there. Mr. Raj went far out of his way to make sure that we were all happy, including spending a lot of personal time with us talking about tiger conservation, which really enriched the tour.

To all the team at Travel Inn!Congratulations on a well earned Award! You were all just marvellous in your handling of the Fox wedding group of around 40 guests travelling around India in November! I still have wonderful moments remembering the magic trip and how smoothly it was handled by Travel Inn. I am praising and recommending your Company to many people in Australia who mention that are planning to visit India. My best wishes to all and may you have a Great Year!

My mother and I returned on Sunday, 6th November, 2011 from the 'Railways of the Raj' holiday organised by Travel Inn on behalf of On The Go Tours. We had a marvellous holiday, which was extremely well organised. As the title of the tour suggests, we travelled by rail - mostly overnight rail journeys. The organisation started well with the excellent pack we received on arrival in Kolkata - it included all rail tickets, well documented and accompanied, where necessary, by the route timetable. All guides were very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable and the drivers deserved medals! We were particularly impressed by the efficiency of the guides in relation to the rail journeys. At no point were we left to our own devices and it was a particularly nice touch that the guide at our departure point texted the guide a the next port of call to let him know that we were on our way and what carriage and cabin we were in, the end result of which meant that our new guide was standing on the platform right outside our carriage. It really was great service and helped to allay any fears we had about finding our guide in the railway stations - which would have been no mean feat given that 14 million people per day travel on the Indian railways! We would be grateful if the recipient of this e-mail in India ensures that our thanks are noted by Travel Inn. We thanked all the guides and drivers personally, but a further thank you I'm sure will not go amiss.

Namaste Manohar, We are now back in the UK where it is cold and raining!! Thank you for sorting out our time in Kerala which was very successful and which we enjoyed a lot. Our plane from Trivandrum to Delhi was badly delayed by nearly 3 hours because there was fog in Bangalore so it meant that we only just caught our connecting flight from Delhi to London!!! So a very happy Christmas to all of you at Travel Inn and particularly to you and your family. It was a pleasure to meet you and thank you for all you did for us. Happy New Year to you too. We hope that 2012 is all you want it to be but most especially that it is full of joy, peace and love. With best wishes and Om Swami Satvikananda

Dear Pawan I just wanted to let you know the glowing feedback that we have received about yourself and how you looked after the group. A big thank you from us. They were very impressed with how you looked after them and especially on 'eventual' arrival in Calcutta when you allowed the group to head off straight away for a meal whilst you sorted out their luggage. Philip Johnston said that you were the most impressive 'tour manager' he has ever worked with, and he has certainly travelled extensively in large groups. Many thanks from all here at Audley - you are certainly a credit to us and Travel Inn. We are potentially awaiting a complaint from a client on this tour - Mrs Driver - however we have not heard anything more and I do not feel that this if it does materialise will be about either Travel Inn or Audley. So I'm concluding that the tour was a success! So thanks once again and Travel Inn have certainly delivered an impressive experience for this group. Kind regards Graeme

Dear All at Travel Inn, Just a quick note to say, once again, thank you for a wonderful holiday. All worked like clockwork and really enjoyed the experiences, especially at Ranthambore. Our guide, Nafees, took us to zone 8, the buffer zone of the park. We had gone to look for leopards. We had seen a sloth bear twice and a tinger once and decided we couldn't do any better and accepted the fact that it was unlikely that we would see a leopard or a tiger. In a nutshell we saw a tiger and had 2 metres and thin air separating us and it was amazing. We stayed with him for 35 minutes. He got up from his resting place so we moved on and he slowly followed us, then we followed him and he seemed happy to have us around. It was incredible. Right now we are sending photos of him to the people at the park for identification. I'll add them to this email, although we do have much better ones, if you would like to see see more, we would be happy to send them to you. The family we had lunch with were lovely and the food very good. The Train museum was fascinating. Mumbai and the Elephanta Island well worth the visit. Goa was a lazy time, but really good. I did get to bath an elephant, so thank you for all your help with that request. His name was Babu and then I went on and rodde on Mala. Absolutely brilliant. Throughout the accommodation was excellent as were all the guides and drivers. It was a magical holiday. Oh yes, and thank you for making my dream come true, I bathed an elephant! Thank you for your excellent and faultless service. (We have given your details to a few people along the way who are interested in a land agent in India). All the best Dawn and Jeff.

Hi Manohar Compliments of the season to you. We arrived back in South Africa yesterday morning, very tired but happy to be home. I just wanted to thank you for organizing an amazing trip for us, we all had such a good time. Everything was handled very professionally and all the tour guides that were arranged for us were also, all very very good. I will definitely recommend more South African clients to you. Thanks once again. joshna

We certainly had an excellent trip, very well planned, with phone calls from the organisers in Rajasthan to see if we were OK. The accommodation was generally very good to excellent (the only exception being Bikaner where the building was amazing but the food somewhat disappointing). The trips were fascinating and the guides too ranged from very good to excellent. We met fascinating people and our trip was made all the more memorable by our helpful drivers, very especially in Rajasthan where everything was done for our interest and comfort, even taking us out to good restaurants in the evenings.

Greetings Travelinn I travelled to India with On the Go tours on 10-22 December 2011 and wanted to say a big thank you to Travelinn specifically & all the staff. I apologise for the major delay. I was on the Deserts, Palaces & Ganges Tour & started off with a group which was led by Atul Godha. He was a fantastic guide, extremely helpful and friendly and this was a great help as I was a single traveller. The information that we received from Atul at various sites was extremely informative and showed a great love for his heritage, culture and country which he has passed on to me as a traveller. I wish to visit India again... I separated from the group after Agra & was extremely nervous but another big thank you to Mrs Gurmeet Kalra who was really helpful when I got really stressed about travelling on my own (as I only found out 11 days before the trip commenced) & I wasn't totally prepared. I was met and picked up at each destination by very helpful & friendly staff who treated me very well. Forgive me for the spelling of names. Mohammed, my driver in Orchha & Khajuraho was absolutely splendid - he handled the vehicle & the potholes most spectacularly. Really a pleasure to drive with him. Mohit Shrivasrava in Khajuraho offered great assistance & made me feel extremely welcome. Omprakash in Varanasi was a great help & I'm thankful to him especially when my train journey never went ahead & I had to stay another night. On my return to Delhi from Varanasi, Gucci met me at the airport & was a breathe of fresh air. He was so friendly and helpful & gave me an insight on life in general for youth in India. I thank you all for a wonderful trip and I look forward to visiting your beautiful country again soon. Best wishes to all. Kind Regards Charrozan Olivier

I just wanted to say our trip was fabulous. Travel Inn offered us excellent service and we felt well looked after at all times. All the guides were very good, in particular the gentleman in Delhi. We really enjoyed our time with our 'main' driver Parmod who is a kind and considerate man as well as a very good driver indeed! This time we really had no problem finding vegetarian food and were lucky enough to keep completely healthy for the duration of our holiday. 'Till next time... Kind regards, Stefania & Graham Barker

31 October 2011 Dr Manmohan Singh Prime Minister 8 San Pedro Place Republic of India Henderson South Block, Raisina Hill, Auckland New Delhi NEW ZEALAND India – 110-101 Ph: +64 9 836 9954 Dear Prime Minister, MY EIGHT DAYVISIT TO INDIA – OCTOBER 2011 It gives me the greatest of pleasure to write to you as a New Zealander of bothindigenousMaori descentand of European descent, following my recent visit to New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Surajgarh. My visit was enhanced by the support and tour leadership of a most patriotic and professional citizen of India, Mr Yusuf Khan. Although only a brief encounter with your country and its people, I was humbled and privileged to have the opportunity to visit India at this time in your country’shistory and development. Your Government promotes India with the by-line “Incredible India”; my only comment, following my experience of your wonderful country is “Incredible India, what an understatement.” I was positively impacted in terms of the cultural, economic, social, spiritual, environmental and historical context of India, and therefore theroleIndia plays in our world today. Furthermore, it was obvious to me thedeep unlockedpotential Indiais yet to realise and therefore the enormouscontribution India will continue to play in our world going into the future. I was cognisant of the manychallenges and opportunities India continues to face as this potential

Still ecstatic from our Tadoba / Satpura trip. We had 10 tiger sightings at Tadoba (9 individuals) plus 2 leopards, 2 sloth bears and two jungle cats. On the last drive we covered some 150km to the far end of the park looking for wild dogs and in the end located 4 on a kill. These guys really wanted you to see everything. Accommodation was basic in comparison but no complaints there as it was as expected. Moving to Pench we got upgraded to a super-luxury tent. Saw another tiger. Special mention for the guide Devi Singh who went the extra mile. Reni Pani - what a place? We saw leopard, jungle cat and wild dogs in the buffer zone near the lodge. I think the management see the distance to the park proper as a disadvantage but the drive to and from is a game safari in it's own right with lots of bird life around. This is a very slick operation and a family firm. Game drives were really good - lots of birds but also bears and a wide range of herbivores. We also did an evening birding trip by boat and an elephant safari. We had to turn back from one morning drive due to rain and mist but we ran into a pack of wild dogs on the way back so no great harm done. To fill in the time we were escorted on a village walk. Travel Inn were first class and kept in touch throughout - we had a little problem with camera fees that they sorted out for us - and Radiant who provided the transport were well up to the mark too. We saw more than we expected to see - I had to write in three mamals on your check list. One of the best holidays we've ever had. Best regards, Ian Macbeth
